About the Placement and Training
Placement and Training cell helps to identify skills and the job requirements of the students. One of the primary goals of pursuing a degree is to obtain a job afterwards. Placement and Training Cell helps to achieve your dream job after graduation. Students often have the opportunity to try out different roles with various jobs.
Objectives of placement and training cell
- To prevent sexual harassment
- To receive, investigate, and resolve complaints of sexual harassment in a fair, confidential, and timely manner.
- To create a safe and secure environment
- To conduct training sessions and awareness programs on campus related to anti-harassment policies.
- To foster a culture of respect, dignity, and gender equality in the organization.
Guidelines
- Final year students, alumni and other college students are eligible to get placement via campus drive
- Students have to provide declaration about their further plans, after graduation
- Students focused on higher education are not eligible for placements
- The student should undergo pre-placement training before recruitment. The training lists out the general instructions of the particular company, about their norms etc.,
Roles and Responsibities
- To arrange campus drive, seminars, individual training hours, career guidance programme, career counseling programme for students and faculty members
- To plan, organize and implement systematic placement trainings
- To trigger-out student’s critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- To mould students personally and professionally with the help of faculty members combined efforts
- To enrich younger minds employability skills to achieve their career dreams
- To enable students to be competent with the corporate minds
- To evaluating student’s strengths and hidden talents via proper training
